Bancroft Wetland Restoration

A parcel of approximately 112 acres was purchased in 2020 and will be restored to native wetland and prairie. Bancroft creek is one of the largest tributaries to Fountain Lake and retaining water on the landscape immediately upstream will reduce erosion and sediment from reaching the lake.
